The first hours seem to confirm the woman’s statements, while she actually leaves the pizzeria after greeting her friend, she apparently heads towards her marital home. However, as the night progresses and the woman thinks she is safe from prying eyes, she makes an unexpected decision: instead of turning right towards home, she veers left, leading TheDetective into a series of unforeseen events.

Undaunted, TheDetective follows the mysterious woman step by step to a hotel on the outskirts of Geneva. There, he sees her joining an unknown man in the lobby of this hotel, before going upstairs together. Thanks to his ingenuity and his keen sense of observation, the detective manages to see them as they enter a room, and notes the room number. TheDetective goes down to reception to investigate further. By discreetly consulting the register, he discovers the identity of the mysterious man who reserved the room.
